BMI/BMR is a simple application that consists of two parts to help you calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index) by compiling data with your height and weight, as well as to determine your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) by taking into account additional information.
Needs .NET Framework to work

For every level of activity, you can check out a description to find out what it implies. Based on all this information, BMI/BMR calculates your calorie intake required for maintaining your current figure.
Doesn't support the metric system
Unfortunately, this is where the tool's functionality ends. It offers support for the imperial system only, so users who are only accustomed to the metric one must find other means of converting centimeters to feet and inches, along with kilograms to pounds.
Also, the interface needs improvements, since the windows are too small and plain. Nevertheless, BMI/BMR delivers a fast and effective method of calculating your Body Mass Index and Basal Metabolic Rate.
